This term refers to the contractual partners, natural person and non-professional, who bought one or more products on the site www.enissaparis.com

THE PRODUCTS

This term refers to the products offered for sale by ALGOBIOTECH on the website www.enissaparis.com

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The present General Conditions of Sale and guarantees are intended to define the terms and conditions which ALGOBIOTECH offers through its site, to ensure the marketing of its products to customers.

By selecting the corresponding box, the Buyer acknowledges having consulted and accepted them.

ALGOBIOTECH reserves the right to modify the General Conditions of Sale at any time without prior notice. It is specified that conditions applicable to the sale are those which the Buyer accepts when ordering.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCTS

The Buyer may, prior to his/her order, take cognizance on the site of the essential characteristics of the products he/she wish to order by clicking on each Product Sheet (description, composition, price, …).

ALGOBIOTECH reserves the right to add new products, to remove some of them, or to change their presentation or price at any time.

The product information applicable to the order is the one appearing on the site at the time the Buyer validates his/her orders.

ORDERS

The Buyer selects the products of his/her choice and add them in the shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button.

After validation of the shopping cart by clicking on the button “Proceed to the order”, the Buyer identifies himself/herself by entering the e-mail address and the password to order using a customer account. If he/she has not a customer account yet, he/she can create an account by entering civility, name, first name, e-mail address and password.

The Buyer then validates his/her delivery, billing address, the mode of delivery and the method of payment chosen.

When the Buyer confirms his/her order by clicking on the icon «Validate your payment», he/she is considered as having definitively accepted the content and the conditions of that order: including prices, characteristics, quantities and delivery delays of the ordered products. The order is then done and it’s definite.

An online ordering of products involves the sending of a confirmation and an order summary as well as a dispatch confirmation of the order via e-mail by ALGOBIOTECH.

And then delivery of the products, by post, to the address indicated by customers when ordering.

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER

ALGOBIOTECH reserves the right to cancel any orders for legitimate reasons in accordance with Article L 1221 of the Consumer Code.

The Buyer can cancel his/her order by exercising his/her right of withdrawal under the conditions provided for by law.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

The sale prices of ALGOBIOTECH products are indicated in euros, all taxes included at the rate in force on the day of the order and excluding postage, the amount of which depends on the option chosen by the Buyer. The information on the products and the prices applicable to the order are those appearing on the site at the moment when the Buyer validates his/her order.

The payment of the order is made either by credit card, by bank check, or by PAYPAL. All orders will be processed only after receiving the receipt and validation of the payment.

APPLICABLE LAW – JURISDICTION

These cases are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the Buyer will first contact the company to reach a mutual friendly solution.

Failing this, the Commercial Court of Evry shall have exclusive jurisdiction, regardless the place of delivery and the method of payment accepted.
